The manufacturing unit of the company is equipped with advanced German and Swiss machineries as well as other equipments for food processing and manufacturing. Modern European technology is also used in the making of the food products. The superior infrastructural facility allows the company to produce 5,000 packed food cans every month.

 

The machineries and equipments that are used include deep freezers, blenders, fillers, fruit washers, steam boilers, cooking vessels and hot water sterilisers.

 

There is also a hygienic cold storage warehouse facility coupled with cooling towers for preservation and storage of a range of healthy food products.

Sangeeta Foods have a good reputation in the food industry for their use of natural preservatives, no synthetics, vacuum packaging and fresh vegetables in the end products. Food products are preserved with extreme care. Intermediate moisture food products are preserved under the principles of high acidity, optimum salt and oil content, pH as well as by using the preservative effect of natural condiments and spices. Low moisture content foods are preserved under principles of low water activity as well as high solid.
