SunOpta offers an expanded fibre portfolio

SunOpta Ingredients Group, a renowned manufacturer of natural, organic fibres and fibre blends, recently announced plans to expand its product portfolio. The company will expand its range of fibre products to include MultiFiber blends, SunOpta Soy Fiber blends and SunOpta Pea Fiber.

The MultiFiber blends are manufactured in-house by the company as a functional food. The product has been developed particularly for customers who need low-cost, easy-to-use fortifying fibre source in their diets. With the launch of these ingredients, food and beverage manufacturers in need of uniform soluble and insoluble fibre blends are expected to be benefited. The new and proprietary blends developed by the company use internally sourced soy fibre obtained from its vertically integrated soymilk process.
