Fairfield Cheese Company offers varieties of cheese

Fairfield, a town in Connecticut, now has its first cheese shop, which has been opened by Fairfield Cheese Company. Laura Downey and Christopher Palumbo, co-owners of Fairfield Cheese Company, celebrated the opening of the store.

The company will provide over 40 cheese products along with a varied range of cured meats from Larchmont Charcuterie. This company offers a range of products such as breads, crackers, biscuits, biscotti and flatbreads, olives and pickles, etc. It also sells a variety of serving dishes like trays, platters and cheese boards, which can be borrowed. Customers can purchase the cheese products and borrow the serving dishes for a nominal fee. The co-owners aim to introduce in their store some of the artisan cheese produced in the US, and they are not restricted by various traditions and laws. They plan to add different textures and flavours to the cheese products, while maintaining their natural taste. A modern customer-friendly approach will be followed to satisfy customers.
