The event provides a unique experience for visitors to treat their taste buds to a wide range of food items and enjoy different beverages

Eat! Vancouver is an event that is held on a large-scale to exhibit unique cuisines prepared by celebrity chefs. It is scheduled to be held at Vancouver Convention Centre in Vancouver, Canada from May 28-30, 2010.
 
The event will provide an opportunity to visitors to learn new techniques of cooking. The visitors will also be able to taste a wide range of wine displayed during the event. Eat! Vancouver endeavours to bring together celebrity chefs, cookbook authors, wineries and manufacturers from the food and beverage (F&B) industry. Culinary competitions will also be held in order to attract more visitors to the event.
 
Eat! Vancouver is scheduled to be organised by Executive Event Production Inc. With more than 25 years of experience in British Columbia trade/consumer show and conference, Executive Event Production Inc always strives to showcase unique segments.
 
This year the event will also showcase a new segment called the Wellness Pavilion, which will cater to health and well-being of consumers. It will showcase nutritional food that will provide a balanced diet, thereby helping consumers to remain healthy.
 
Other segments include Bite of Vancouver and Tasting Pavilion. Visitors will be able to enjoy a variety of appetisers that will be served by the chefs of Lower Mainland restaurants at Bite of Vancouver restaurant pavilion. One can also taste beer, wine, spirits and other beverages that will be available at the Tasting Pavilion.
 
The exhibitors’ profile will include dealers and suppliers of food processing appliances, manufacturers of baked food products, owners of beer companies, dealers and exporters of a wide range of coffee/tea and catering companies, among others.
 
Eat! Vancouver will be providing an opportunity to owners of restaurants and hotels to visit the event and acquire knowledge about the latest trends and technology in the F&B industry.
